About Dr Reem

Dr Reem completed five years of undergraduate studies (2000-2005) and obtained her Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) from King’s College London at Guy’s King’s and St Thomas’. 

She then completed her vocational training year at the Grover and Marsden Dental Practice under the Brighton scheme where she treated both adults and children.

She went on to complete a further two years as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery; she spent six months at Guy’s Hospital where she was part of the team at the Head and Neck Cancer Unit and the South Thames Cleft Lip and Palate service.  During this time she was involved in outpatient and inpatient management of oncology, salivary gland, facial pain and cleft lip and palate patients.  She also performed minor oral surgery procedures under local and general anaesthetic including tooth extractions, biopsies, and enucleation of cysts.

This was followed by six months spent at King’s College Hospital in the Oral and Maxillofacial Department and a year at Queen Mary’s Hospital where she was involved in the management of patients presenting with facial trauma, dentally related problems, facial pain and temporomandibular disorders.  She performed minor oral surgery and assisted in procedures for the treatment of facial trauma, dental infections and orthognathic surgery.  During those two years, Dr Dahdaleh completed the Royal College of Surgeons of England exams and obtained the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) (2007).

She then went on to complete three years full-time training in prosthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute (University College London).  During this time she obtained her Masters in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics (2010) and also completed the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh exams and obtained the Membership in Prosthodontics (2011) and is therefore registered in the UK as a specialist in prosthodontics.

She sat further exams to register as a specialist in Jordan and obtained the Jordanian Board in Prosthodontics (2013). 

Dr Reem taught at the Eastman Dental Institute on the University College London Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry course and the International Team of Implantology education course on current treatment principles and concepts in implant dentistry. She taught undergraduate students part-time at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Jordan.

Dr Reem obtained all her degrees from the most prestigious universities and institutes in the United Kingdom under the guidance of prominent figures in the world of dentistry.  After 11 years of education and training, she offers her advanced skills to deal with your restorative needs.

A prosthodontist is a specialist dentist that masters the skills required for the architecture of complete oral rehabilitation and is dedicated to the highest standards of care in the restoration and replacement of teeth to provide you with optimum appearance and function to your smile.  This includes cases of tooth wear, congenital or birth anomalies of teeth, cosmetic concerns, traumatic injuries to mouth structures, temporomandibular joint dysfunction as well as neglected mouths.  The solutions they provide can be fixed (i.e. the patient cannot remove from the mouth) including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants.  Other solutions can be removable (i.e. the patient can take out the prosthesis from the mouth) including complete and partial dentures with or without implants.
